HOW TO MAKE MONEY SELLING NAME BADGES

STEP 1: SUBMIT ARTWORK

If the artwork requires less than 15 minutes setup there is no setup fee! Submit any file types you have available to info@brand-rascals.com for free review.

If you don’t have in-house graphic capabilities:
Obtain as many files (.pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif, etc...)as you can from your customer and submit them all. Each file the customer gives you adds to the chances that a file will be usable. If a customer’s artwork is questionable then we suggest you charge $35 to $70 on their first name badge order for setup.

If you have in-house graphic capabilities:
Submit artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or Adobe Photoshop (.ps) (720dpi) format in sRGB color space. Convert all text to outlines. Pantone matching is $5 per color. Templates available here.

We will reply to your Artwork Submission with one of three outcomes:
Artwork Acceptable-No Setup Charge-Proof Attached.
Artwork Needs Setup-You must approve $35 charge to receive proof.
Artwork Rejected-Please refer customer to a graphic artist.

STEP 2: CUSTOMER APPROVAL

After we’ve received or set-up acceptable artwork we will email you a proof in PDF format. Forward the PDF Proof to your customer and get their approval, then notify us. If there are errors call or email us with details and we will re-submit a corrected proof within 24 hours.

STEP 3: RECEIVE PRODUCT

Product is shipped USPS First Class Mail within 72 hours of proof acceptance for $3.

STEP 4: DELIVER PRODUCT AND COLLECT PAYMENT!

Present your customer with spectacular badges! You will receive your invoice with your order and can pay by check or credit card.

SAMPLE ORDERS

Your realtor orders one badge each for herself and her two partners. You charge a setup fee but because the artwork is good, we don't charge you a setup fee and you get to keep it! One of the realtors volunteers at the local high school and on her referral to the school you get a order from the school for 60 badges!

A large insurance firm orders 90 badges. Every time the firm hires a new employee you get the onesie badge order along with the occasional lost badge replacement orders.

Your local caterer orders 30 badges. Four months later they change their logo and they re-order 30 new badges with the new logo.
